The 2023 WNZ AGM is being held as notified on Thursday 12 October at the amended time of 7.30pm.

The 2023 SBD Olympic Weightlifting National Championships T Shirt is now available! Order today via the link here  Cost of the shirts are $40 ex GST. T-shirt orders will close 5pm - 28th Sept.

Registrations are now open and will close at 5pm - 1st Oct.

The 2023 WNZ AGM will be held at 6.00pm on Thursday 12 October.

The 2023 National Secondary Schools Weightlifting Championships will see over 100 young weightlifters from across the Motu come together in Papatoetoe, South Auckland.

The North Island Championships are being held in Hastings from 10-11 June.

The 2023 South Island Championships being hosted by Otago Weightlifting in Dunedin, 24-25 June.

Ron Mann (WNZ Statistician) has provided an interesting summary of competition achievements for the 2022 year.

This year the Masters World Championships will be held in Wieliczka, Poland. After the successful competition in Orlando USA in Dec 2022, this year the competition will be in Europe.
