The day concluded with an invitational competition featuring a unique and fast-paced round-robin format. Some of New Zealand's top lifters, including Olympic hopefuls Megan Signal and Cameron McTaggart showcased the sport with an exciting display of big lifts. Following a points system, lifters were also competing for cash prizes. The afternoon ultimately belonged to the Junior Females, for whom the future looks very bright.
